5.4 Account sharing — including allowing any third party to access or use your okji account — is strictly prohibited. All activity occurring through your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether access was authorized by you.

6.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the verified okji account. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account not registered to the Player — are strictly prohibited and may result in the funds being held pending investigation, returned, or forfeited in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

7.1 Withdrawal requests are available to fully KYC-verified account holders only. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will not be able to process withdrawals regardless of balance amount.

7.4 Bonus funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus funds being removed from the withdrawable balance. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules shall apply to that game's operation; these Terms shall govern all other matters.
9.2 All random number generation (RNG) underpinning okji's slot, bingo, and virtual game outcomes is independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. okji does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect statistically verified long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session results.
9.3 In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or disconnection during a game round, okji will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue. 11.1 The following activities are expressly prohibited on the okji Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending investigation and may face permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where warranted:

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the okji Platform without prior written authorization from okji.
12.3 The okji name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the okji operator. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okji's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 okji shall not be liable for any: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (c) losses arising from your reliance on any content or information on the Platform; (d) losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials; or (e) losses arising from Force Majeure events.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit okji's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by okji's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.4 The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. okji does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
14.1 okji reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, okji will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Players via registered email or SMS at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate amendment is required by applicable regulation or law.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact okji support to close your account.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
15.2 Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute directly with okji's support team. okji will endeavor to resolve complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt. For unresolved disputes, Players may escalate to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.
15.3 Players who are dissatisfied with a game outcome, payment decision, or account action may submit a formal complaint to okji via the 24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected]. okji will acknowledge receipt within one (1) business day and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
