1.1 This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by the operator of the okji platform ("okji," "we," "us," or "our"), accessible at okji.vip. 11.2 okji will respond to verified data subject requests within fifteen (15) business days. Complex requests may require up to thirty (30) business days; in such cases, okji will acknowledge receipt and provide an estimated completion date within the initial fifteen (15) business day window.
12.1 okji does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of twenty-one (21) years. The Platform employs mandatory KYC age verification to confirm all players meet the minimum age requirement before real-money play is enabled.
12.2 If okji discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, okji will immediately suspend the account, delete the personal data where legally permissible, and report the incident to PAGCOR in accordance with our licensing obligations. 13.3 okji will never send marketing communications to Players who are under active self-exclusion or cooling-off restrictions.
